At Saucepan.pk, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our return and refund process works.

Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of the delivery date.

Unboxing Video Required

A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is required for any return, refund, or damage claim. This helps us verify the condition of the item at the time of delivery and process your claim quickly. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and your unboxing video.
Once approved, dispatch the product back to us.
We will inspect the returned item on arrival.
Once inspection is complete, we will issue your refund.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued as a cash refund via bank transfer or your original payment method — not store credit.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item shipped), Saucepan.pk covers the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
